Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), our safari guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Arusha Planet Lodge. Settle in, relax, and prepare for the adventure ahead. If time allows, you may explore Arusha city with our guide at no extra cost. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After an early breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its massive elephant herds and diverse landscapes, including savannahs, seasonal swamps, and the winding Tarangire River. Keep an eye out for lions, leopards, and other wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing your game drive. In the evening, head to Marera Valley Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Tarangire to Central Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, journey to the Central Serengeti, a wildlife paradise. Enjoy game drives en route, stopping for lunch at a scenic spot. The Serengeti is renowned for its vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes, as well as predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Spend the night at Kon Tiki Serengeti Camp.

Day 4: Central to Northern Serengeti (Great Migration Focus)

Rise early and head to the Northern Serengeti, where the Great Migration unfolds near the Mara River (best seen from July to October). Witness thousands of wildebeest and zebras braving crocodile-infested waters as they cross into Kenya’s Masai Mara. Our expert guide will position you for the best views. Overnight at Sero Tented Camps.

Day 5: Northern Serengeti Exploration

Spend another thrilling day tracking the Great Migration in the Northern Serengeti. After extensive game viewing, return to Central Serengeti for an overnight stay at Kon Tiki Serengeti Camp.

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. Spot the Big Five (lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, and leopards) amid stunning landscapes. Enjoy a picnic lunch before driving to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Karatu to Arusha – Flight to Zanzibar

After a leisurely breakfast, visit Karatu town for souvenir shopping (time permitting). Later, transfer to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, our driver will take you to Tembo House Hotel in Stone Town for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Stone Town Tour & Beach Transfer

Explore Stone Town, a UNESCO-listed cultural gem, with its narrow alleys, historic Swahili-Omani architecture, carved doorways, and vibrant markets. Visit landmarks like the Old Fort and Freddie Mercury’s House. Later, transfer to Villa Kiva Hotel on the beach for relaxation.

Days 9–12: Zanzibar Beach Relaxation
